In the future, certain gifted people, mostly teenagers or young adults, have gained the power to access Aura’s, psychic energy emissions individual to the personality of the user. Children with these abilities, in order to better learn how to use and control them; attend a special High School filled with other Aura users like themselves. Enter the protagonist of our story, Shiomi Ai. He’s starting his freshman year at the Psychic Academy, but can’t help but to be filled with doubt. While others have told him he has this mysterious Aura ability, he has seen no sign of it himself, and worries that he won’t match up with his new classmates. To complicate matter, going to this school reunites him with his old childhood friend, Orina, who appears to care very deeply for him, a feeling he is beginning to reciprocate. But there is also the matter of Orina’s roommate at the Academy, a powerful yet quiet girl named Meu, who also seems to have her eye on him. What exactly is Meu’s past, and why does she possess an Aura compatibility of 100% with Ai, something totally unheard of. What is this “Aura of Light” Ai is said to possess that everyone seems to have heard of, but no one really knows about? And how exactly does Ai’s brother Zerodyme, known worldwide as the man who stopped the King of Scare and arguably the most powerful Aura user known, fit into everything?
